With a manual exfoliation which uses consider exfoliating twice a week.
I prefer to use a gentle chemical exfoliant. I feel that it renews my skin anf gives that healthy glow that I love so much. I use Ever’s Reveal Pads. They are gentle enough for everyday use. When you are first starting this product sart 3 times a week and work up to everyday.
